*Over and above the main living space, Brooklin House has a breathtaking "Top Deck Penthouse Suite" that accommodates an additional 2 guests. With the option for private access, this space delivers a full kitchen with laundry, master king-bed suite, studio living room, separate DVD room, private deck overlooking Herrick Bay, and a spa bathroom. The Top Deck Penthouse Suite is available by request and for an additional fee and brings the occupancy of Brooklin House up to 10 guests.
