The Top Deck Penthouse Suite is over and above the main living space offering additional accommodations for 2 additional guests, bringing the total for Brooklin House to 10.  With the option for private access, this space delivers a full kitchen with laundry, master king-bed suite, studio living room, separate DVD room, private deck overlooking Herrick Bay, and a spa bathroom. 

 

The Top Deck Penthouse Suite is available by request and requires an additional fee. This space is ideal for larger groups desiring private space for parents, extended families, or newlyweds. The space will only be in use if requested by your group.
